New Reality Wallet

“New Reality Wallet” is your all-in-one crypto hub: issue tokens, accept any cryptocurrency, and employ top-tier security measures.

The "New Reality" platform's crypto-wallet is essentially the user's personal account on the platform and supports 16 languages.

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet offers the ability to create an unlimited number of accounts (crypto-addresses) in any crypto-assets supported by the platform. Furthermore, the wallet has an integrated function for creating one's own custom tokens, which are immediately recorded in the platform's blockchain upon creation.

Thus, the "New Reality" crypto-wallet actually allows for the use in transfers, settlements, and payment acceptance via the Payment Gateway service of both globally renowned crypto-assets and currently unknown tokens and coins created by users буквально накануне (just the day before) - the recipient decides which tokens they are willing to accept as payment for their goods and services.

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet has built-in functions for funding one's accounts with cryptocurrencies, via the P2P service, on the platform's exchange, or by activating the system's electronic check.

One's account can be funded through third-party electronic money and cryptocurrency exchange services, as well as by purchasing specialized activation keys of a set denomination on trading platforms affiliated with the platform.

Of course, one's account can also be funded via a merchant by accepting payment for goods or services from a buyer, but this function is available to online stores and monetized websites connected to the "New Reality - Payment Gateway" service.

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet supports both a direct service for withdrawing funds and crypto-assets to the external environment (to DLT-addresses and in fiat), and indirect withdrawal methods:

Purchasing crypto-assets on the platform's exchange, withdrawing crypto-assets and funds from the system via P2P service transactions, paying service providers or online stores and monetized websites connected to the system.

The "New Reality" platform's crypto-wallet also supports transfers to oneself (to one's own accounts), as well as internal user transfers within the system. Both single payments and mass payouts are supported.

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet supports both regular internal transfers (transfers within the system) and transfers with transaction protection. When making a transfer with transaction protection, the sender sets a protection period and code.

The recipient will need to enter the protection code when they receive it from the sender, but no later than the period specified by the sender when sending the protected crypto-assets.

This function is useful as an additional security measure between two counterparties, as well as for transactions requiring some form of guarantee - for example, if the sender has thus transferred an advance payment for a product or service that has not yet been provided, they can provide the protection code after the actual receipt of the product/service.

Funding one's crypto-wallet on the "New Reality" platform or withdrawing funds or crypto-assets from it can also be done through the platform's Crypto ATMs - the "New Reality" Group of Companies is developing its own network of crypto ATMs where crypto-wallet users can perform operations on preferential terms.

All operations carried out in the "New Reality" crypto-wallet are recorded in the platform's blockchain and are accessible via the blockchain explorer. These operations are also recorded in the transaction history within the crypto-wallet itself, where there are not only flexible filters for convenient transaction searches but also the ability to print an official document regarding the user's accounts on the platform.

The crypto-wallet has a "Services" section where users are offered additional features:

  • - Interface for creating one's own crypto-assets (coins and tokens);

  • - Control panel for one's own crypto-assets;

  • - Interfaces for creating, viewing, verifying, and activating crypto-checks;

  • - Interfaces for placing ads and managing deals in the P2P service;

  • - Interface for creating Invoices and payment links for payment;

  • - Interface for registration and settings of an online store for its connection to the "New Reality" payment gateway.

Creating custom tokens:

In the interface for creating custom crypto-assets, a user can create their own crypto-asset (coin, token) of any emission (for any amount) in a few simple steps. The "New Reality" platform does not charge its commission for the circulation of user tokens in its native platform currency (Gas). Instead, the commission is charged in the crypto-assets themselves, issued by the emitter.

For example, if you have issued your own token "X" on the "New Reality" platform, then both during the token issuance and during its circulation within the system, including when transferring this token to other users, the platform's commission is withheld in your own "X" tokens. The platform's commission can be optionally withheld - from the token recipient, from the sender, or from the investor; this setting is determined by the token emitter.

Examples:

Let's say you are the emitter of your crypto-asset and have issued token "X", having set in the settings that the commission for token circulation, amounting to 0.1% of the transfer amount, will always be paid by the sender. With this setting, the "New Reality" platform will deduct this commission from the sender for any token transfer within the system.

If you have set in the settings that the commission is deducted from the recipient - then it will always be deducted from the recipient.

The platform allows for very flexible commission parameters; you can also set individual percentage collection settings (e.g., 70% from the sender and 30% from the recipient), or you can enable "investor mode" altogether.

If you have enabled "investor mode" - then for both senders and recipients of your token, transactions are free; the commission is entirely withheld from the investor and in the currency of this crypto-asset.

For example, if you created and put into circulation token "X" and enabled "investor mode", then the commission for each transfer of your tokens will be deducted from you and in your "X" tokens.

This distinguishes "New Reality" from any other token issuance platforms and blockchains where, to transfer your own tokens, you would need the native cryptocurrency of the blockchain itself - for example, in the TRX TRC-20 network to transfer USDT tokens you would need TRON cryptocurrency, and to transfer USDT in the ETH ERC-20 network you would need some amount of ETH tokens (Gas).

The "New Reality" blockchain has its own native currency NewRL, but it exists on its own and no commission is charged for internal operations in it.

Control panel for own crypto-assets:

The control panel for own crypto-assets allows you to manage any tokens you have issued - to carry out their additional issuance (additional emission), burn them (reduce emission), rename them, configure commissions, update current contact details, and perform other operations.

The "New Reality" platform not only allows for the issuance of user crypto-assets (tokens, coins) but also helps in their placement. For example, these user-created tokens can be listed on the platform's exchange, they can be used to pay for goods in online stores connected to the platform, and user tokens can also be sold and bought on the platform's Crypto ATMs network.

Crypto-checks:

Crypto-checks are essentially the platform's "promissory note," ensuring the storage of the amount deposited into the crypto-check in "cold storage" mode.

Here's how it works: Any "New Reality" platform user with a positive balance in any cryptocurrency in their wallet can create any number of crypto-checks of a specified denomination.

For example, if you have over 1500 USDT in your crypto-address, you can create 300 crypto-checks with a denomination of 5 USDT each.

When creating crypto-checks, the entire amount of their emission (issuance) will be debited from you, and you will be issued 300 crypto-checks of 5 USDT each.

These crypto-checks will be 300 records, with each crypto-check assigned a series, number, and activation code. Your crypto-assets that you spent on issuing the checks and which will be debited from you will be placed by the platform in "cold storage."

Crypto-checks can be stored, thereby providing more reliable protection for one's assets. They can also be transferred to other users, used for payments, checked for validity and denomination, and activated.

Checking crypto-checks for validity and denomination:

Imagine a situation where you are offered payment with a crypto-check, and it is claimed that the denomination of this check is 1,000 USDT. How can you verify that your counterparty indeed has a check with a denomination of 1,000 USDT and that this crypto-check is valid?

For this, there is a service for checking crypto-checks for validity and denomination.

For such a check, you need to know the series and number of the check. You do not need to know the activation code.

To check a crypto-check, the verifying party must go to the platform's crypto-check activation interface in their personal account (crypto-wallet) and enter only the series and number of the crypto-check, then click the "Check" button. The system will provide information about the validity of the crypto-check, its denomination (amount), and the cryptocurrency in which it was issued.

Activation of crypto-checks:

The procedure for activating crypto-checks is identical to the procedure for checking them, only for activating the check and crediting its denomination to your account (crypto-address), you also need to enter the activation code in the activation form.

After this, the full amount of the crypto-check in its issuance currency will be credited to your account (crypto-address) on the blockchain. This operation will also be recorded in the "New Reality" platform's blockchain.

Managing deals in the P2P service:

In the P2P section, a user can create their ads, manage them, view other users' offers, and also conduct deals.

The "New Reality" platform does not participate financially in such deals; it only performs the functions of an escrow guarantor, ensuring the security of the deal by holding the crypto-assets of one party who has given them for another external asset until the second party fulfills its obligations under this deal.

Creating Invoices and payment links for payment:

The invoicing service allows for the prompt issuance of an invoice to the payer for a fixed amount and in the currency specified by the recipient.

The invoicing service is convenient when the recipient of crypto-assets does not have monetization on their website, or does not have an online store, and accepts payments irregularly and individually.

In such cases, invoicing is the most convenient and simple way to receive payment from the payer for services or a one-time sale of goods.

New Reality - Crypto Payment Gateway. Acceptance of payments in any cryptocurrencies supported by the platform:

The "New Reality" platform's crypto-merchant allows you to register your online store or monetized website and configure it for automatic acceptance of payments in any crypto-assets supported by the platform. Such crypto-assets include any user tokens and coins that can be issued on the platform's blockchain.

Payment Gateway New Reality operates in two modes: basic mode for accepting cryptocurrencies from the payer and "auto-conversion" mode.

When using the basic operation mode, all crypto-assets incoming to the online store are credited to the online store's account (crypto-address) in the payment currency and become immediately available to it. The store can then manage the received crypto-assets itself, in manual mode. For example, it can withdraw these crypto-assets to an external blockchain, exchange them in an exchange service, or withdraw them to fiat...

In "auto-conversion" mode, all incoming crypto-assets to the online store will be converted and brought to a single cryptocurrency that the store has specified in its settings. The store owner can then configure triggers by which they will withdraw funds, or manage them in manual mode.

The store owner themselves configures which currencies they will accept as payment for their goods or services, and which they will not. They can also set the discount size for accepting any crypto-asset, or conversely, an additional commission for accepting any crypto-asset that they accept as payment for their goods or services.

Platform users can pay for goods and services purchased in online stores connected to the "New Reality" platform not only through the payment page in the platform's merchant but also in the "New Reality" mobile application, as well as on the Crypto ATMs network.

Additional functionality:

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet also contains a ticket system for prompt communication between the user and technical support, a counterparty verification service, the ability to configure notifications about events in the crypto-wallet, a control panel for one's own registration data, and an impressive "Security" section in terms of the number of functions.

Among the security organization tools, the "New Reality" platform offers:

  • - The ability to change the system login password;

  • - Password for confirming financial transactions and multi-signatures;

  • - 2FA setup;

  • - Phishing protection setup;

  • - Setup of access restrictions by IP, IP address range, and multiple ranges thereof;

  • - Setup of a "magic word" for additional authorization on the platform;

  • - Setup of secret questions and answers to them for data recovery in case of loss;

  • - Issuance and activation of the one-time keys function, allowing login to the crypto-wallet and other platform services using such a one-time key based on the principle: 1 session = 1 key.

Confirmation password and multi-signatures:

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet uses two passwords - the main one and a transaction confirmation password.

The transaction confirmation password is set upon the first login to the system and is always required when a financial transaction needs to be confirmed.

Legal entities and entrepreneurs can build their multi-signature system based on the confirmation password mechanism.

For example, if the crypto-wallet account owner is a company where financial transactions can only be sent when signed by two or three authorized employees, then they need to create a separate confirmation password for each such authorized employee.

These employees will have one account, the login and system entry password will also be common, but the confirmation passwords will differ. A transaction will only go through when signed by all authorized persons.

2FA Setup

Setting up two-factor authentication is an additional security measure when logging into the crypto-wallet or after entering the confirmation password.

The user can set up 2FA by sending a code to their specified email address. In implementation - the platform is working on connecting Google Authenticator and Telegram.

Setting up protection against phishing and web spoofing:

Site phishing is an internet fraud method where attackers create a fake copy of a legitimate web resource (bank, payment gateway, social network, etc.) to deceive users and trick them into revealing confidential information.

The appearance and content of such a fraudulent site completely duplicate the original's design: logo, color scheme, fonts, and texts. Fraudsters duplicate real login pages, data entry forms, and notifications.

Such a phishing site uses a fake domain, but it looks very similar to the real one. Sometimes subdomains or similar characters are used for this. Sometimes fraudsters use social engineering methods, sending users emails, SMS, or messenger notifications with a link to such a phishing site.

The method works very simply - after entering the login/password, the attackers redirect the user to the real site, and save the stolen data for themselves, to subsequently use this stolen data to steal all the user's assets.

Modern fraudsters' methods can be convincing - for example, they might use a fake SSL certificate (with an HTTPS lock in the address bar), or they might employ a pharming attack - changing DNS records or the hosts file on the victim's computer to spoof the true address and direct the user to a phishing site. In this case, the victim will be absolutely certain that they have accessed the real site.

The insidiousness of this attack lies in the fact that the user often never finds out that their data has been stolen - fraudsters use the data obtained from the user to authorize them on the original site, and in such cases, the user does not even realize that they have just become a future victim.

The "New Reality" platform has implemented protection against such phishing in users' crypto-wallets. This protection works based on the fact that, in addition to login and password, users always need to enter a transaction confirmation password. Between entering the login + password and entering such a confirmation password, New Reality has created a layer to protect against this attack.

This protection works as follows:

A user can go to security settings and set a "greeting phrase" known only to them. For example, they can set a phrase like "Oh, how beautiful this day is on an early spring morning..."

After creating such a greeting phrase and activating this protection, the user will see this phrase at the very top of their crypto-wallet every time they log in.

Fraudsters can make a complete copy of the site, use the original's colors, styles, and fonts on their phishing site, but they cannot know what phrase the user set in their account. Therefore, if a user logs into their account with the anti-phishing function activated and finds their greeting phrase missing - they simply must not enter the confirmation password and perform operations, but should contact the platform staff.

Even if the user goes to such a phishing site and their login and entry password fall into the hands of attackers, they have not received the confirmation password from the user, so they simply will not be able to steal their crypto-assets.

Setting up anti-phishing is recommended for all platform users, simply because it is effective, convenient, and easy to use.

Setting up the "magic word":

The "New Reality" crypto-wallet also has another interesting additional protection feature - the "magic word". This function works as follows:

The user sets a "magic word" known only to them. For example, they can set the word "Hello, Mike!", after which they activate this protection.

Now, every time the user logs into the crypto-wallet, they will be asked to enter random characters from their set "magic word".

For example, on the next login, the crypto-wallet will ask to enter the first, third, and fifth characters of the user's "magic word". The correct entry in this case would be "Hlo".

Each time they log in, the platform's request for characters will be random - it will ask for different combinations, for example, the 2nd, 4th, 7th characters, or the 1st, 3rd, and 5th, and so on.

Only a user who fully knows their magic word will be able to correctly enter the characters requested by the platform.

This protection scheme is designed to counter phishing and keyloggers (keystroke logging), and also makes it difficult for attackers to intercept and reuse (replay) user credentials.

Phishing: Even if you enter the "magic word" on a fake site, the attacker will only get individual
characters, not the full phrase, and will not be able to repeat this trick because different characters will be required on the next login.

Keylogging: A "spy" program will only record specific characters (say, "H", "l", "o"), but will not learn the whole word.

Replay attacks: Having intercepted the user's response, the attacker will not be able to log in again, as the system will request a different combination of characters on the next login.

Secret questions and answers:

This security measure is needed to confirm one's identity in certain cases. It is recommended to definitely choose questions and provide answers for them.

One-time keys:

The "New Reality" platform also offers an additional security measure in the form of using one-time session keys. The keys work on the principle: 1 session = 1 key.

A user can generate 100 one-time keys and enable this additional protection method.

After this, the platform will sequentially request the next key upon each login or operation in the system until all 100 keys are used. The last key will be used until the user generates and activates a new 100 keys.

Using one-time keys (one-time session tokens) additionally protects against:

Session Hijacking: Even if an attacker intercepts the current key (e.g., via XSS or man-in-the-middle), they will not be able to log in again because each new session requires a new, unused key.

Replay attacks: Each value is used only once — a repeated attempt with the same key will be rejected.

Phishing and credential theft: Even if a user enters a one-time key on a phishing site, this key will already be used and useless when trying to log in to the real platform.

Cookie theft and CSRF attacks: The presence of one-time keys makes theft or forgery of the current session pointless: to perform any operation besides cookies, a valid one-time key will be required.

Thus, the one-time key mechanism significantly increases resilience against most attacks involving the reuse or theft of session data.

Overall, the "New Reality" platform's crypto-wallet is a multi-functional, secure, user-transparent, and professional solution for those who store and use crypto-assets in their activities.

It is indispensable for issuers of their own tokens, and interesting for those entrepreneurs who would like to increase conversion and organize not only the acceptance of payments from payers through a payment crypto-gateway but also through the platform's network of crypto ATMs.

It is worth noting separately that on the New Reality platform, literally all operations are recorded in the blockchain - those performed on the exchange, in the P2P section, internal and external transfers, exchanges, conversions, crypto-assets accepted through the merchant - all these operations are recorded in the blockchain, ensuring an amazing level of transparency and reliability of the platform and its offered solutions.
